Shift Timings: US Shift 6pm to 3am

JOB DESCRIPTION (KRA):

Gathering requirements and performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of analysis.
Gathering critical information from various stakeholders
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
Influencing stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Supporting user acceptance testing.
Supporting some project management tasks like developing project plans and monitoring performance.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
