As a Tele caller in our fintech company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our financial products and services, and generating sales leads. You will play a crucial role in promoting our fintech solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our fintech products and services.
2. Explain the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our financial solutions to potential clients.
3. Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to match their requirements.
4. Provide accurate information about our financial products, pricing, terms, and conditions to prospective customers.
5. Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
6. Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering and documenting customer information, such as contact details, preferences, and financial needs.
7. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of our fintech products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer questions and objections.
9. Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline to conversion.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
12. Continuously improve knowledge of financial products and sales techniques through training and self-study.
13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business-related fields is a plus.
2. Proven work experience as a tele caller or in a customer service/sales role, preferably in the fintech industry.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers over the phone.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into sales.
6. Basic understanding of financial products, including loans, credit cards, investment options, and banking services.
7. Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools to manage customer interactions and track leads.
8. Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
10. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
11. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office applications and internet research.
