We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to coordinate and execute digital campaigns across display, video, social, and search platforms. This role involves managing budget pacing, overseeing media invoices, conducting performance analysis and providing optimization recommendations to deliver measurable results. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and optimized for success.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Campaign Management: 

• Oversee the setup, trafficking, and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, display and video campaigns). 
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are pacing appropriately against budgets, flight dates, and key performance metrics. 

• Organize and manage creative assets, ensuring all materials are received, formatted correctly, and delivered on time. 

• Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to address asset-related needs. 

Budget and Financial Oversight: 

• Manage campaign budget pacing to ensure spend aligns with media plans and objectives. 
• Track and reconcile all media-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. 

Tracking and Reporting: 

• Generate detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights. 

• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and meet business goals. 

• Share reporting and insights with internal stakeholders and clients as needed. 

• Manage pixel tracking requests, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign performance. 

• Troubleshoot tracking issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. 

Collaboration: 

• Partner with media, creative, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies and deliverables. 

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign execution aligns with overall goals. 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Experience: 

• 2-4 years of experience in digital media and advertising campaign management. 

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager, etc. 

Skills: 

• Strong understanding of digital media channels, including display, video, social, and search. 

• Familiarity with digital measurement and KPIs. 

• Experience with tracking and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe. 

• Experience managing budgets and reconciling media spend invoices. 

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

Communication: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders. 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred.

The target compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
