POSITION SUMMARY
The Research Assistant will work with an inter-disciplinary team on a project, "Mobilizing Subjugated Knowledges for a Just and Inclusive Niagara – The Health Literacy Hub" at Brock University. This community-based project involves close collaboration with community partners, gathering data from community organizations and immigrant and refugee populations, co-creating impactful solutions, and disseminating findings.

COMPENSATION
This position is a one-year contract averaging up to 10 hours per week for 48 weeks, at a rate of $22.40 per hour, plus 14% benefits. A employee timesheet is required to submit hours for approval via the Brock University Workday system. The employee must obtain approval before exceeding these hours or working on statutory holidays.
Compensation is based on the Brock University Research Assistant Schedule, which aligns with employee qualifications and the minimum education required for the role.
