We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Country Director with specific experience within the ,  and  markets to play a pivotal role in the launch and expansion of a well-backed B2B business operating within performance marketing, affiliation, and CRM. This is a hands on, full-time contract position, meaning the selected candidate will work independently and invoice the company for services rendered initially.

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Director, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a tailored growth strategy for the region, ensuring brand positioning and market differentiation.
  • Own the profit & loss of the regional business unit, overseeing marketing and bonus budgets while maintaining financial efficiency.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliation team to maximize partner performance through high-quality content and tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with CRM and Content teams to ensure all campaigns are highly localized and optimized for maximum ROI.
  • Engage with media and programmatic partners to test and refine emerging marketing channels.
  • Align with CS and VIP teams to ensure customer experience exceeds expectations, fostering long-term loyalty and lifetime value.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar regional role, with expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and regulatory nuances within the target region.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring operational excellence across all initiatives.
