Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new enterprise opportunities within large CPG and retail companies. As a key player in our sales pipeline, you’ll be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities that fuel our continued success. A significant aspect of this position involves seeking and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring NVISION remains at the forefront of marketing innovation for major industry players.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through various channels like market research, social selling, and networking to create a qualified prospecting list
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the CPG and retail sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Lead efforts to research, write, and submit compelling RFP responses that showcase NVISION's expertise and value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions aligning with client needs and industry trends.
Monitor market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Represent NVISION at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably selling within the CPG and Retail Industries.
Strong understanding of RFP processes and the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
Familiarity with NVISION’s services, including displays, signage, branded merchandise, and direct mail, is a plus.

Pay Range: $115k-$125k
