Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Calling Voice Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to engage effectively with US-based clients. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
Engage with prospects to understand their IT needs and present appropriate solutions.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and questioning.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss potential opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide detailed information about our IT services and address any questions or concerns.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Update the CRM system with accurate information about client interactions and leads.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and client feedback.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of [1] years of experience in a voice process role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a calling process.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
Ability to work in a US time zone.
