Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Software license consulting regarding Microsoft software and contracts in use at the company and its customers
Consulting regarding the software requests by different projects
Life cycle and post-life cycle management of cloud, server, client, access and user software licenses of the company and its customers
Monitor and enforce changes to the terms and conditions of licenses
Handle software license aspects of topics for the different IT areas as on- premises to cloud migration, digitalization, automation, training solutions, product selection and everything with impact on Microsoft licensing
Work together in cooperation with software licensor to identify the best solution for the company and its customers
Optimizing software and license management processes, proposing consolidation and increasing efficiency
Work out and implement measures to sustainably optimize the license costs
Various tasks ranging from strategic to operational activities, covering the entire spectrum of licensing topics

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

3-5 years of professional experience in Software License Management
Years of professional experience in Microsoft Cloud and on-premises licensing
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure / IT software
Experience in project management in an international environment
Communicative and social skills for teamwork
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools SharePoint / Excel
Good proficiency in English (business level), both written and spoken

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of software license management tools (e.g. Flexera)
Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g. Jira & Confluence)
German language skills are an advantage
