As a Instructional Designers / eLearning Producer, you will:
The Instructional Designers will become key team members of our Automotive Training Production Team. Our team works with some of the World’s Largest Automotive Brands in providing them with industry leading eLearning training modules
Blue Flag’s Melbourne-based training team will write the training content and provide graphics, imagery and videos in a storyboard format using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
The Instructional Designer will then take this storyboard and content, and using an eLearning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline 360) create an engaging and interactive eLearning training module adhering to the client’s corporate brand guidelines (style guides).
They will also be required to upload the finished eLearning training module to our Learning Management System (LMS) and be responsible for quality checking, spell checking, testing interactions and quiz functionality prior to submission to the client.
They will also be responsible for making corrections based on team member’s and client’s feedback during the review processes and ensuring all amends have been applied completely and accurately.
The successful candidate will be involved in daily morning team stand-up meetings where they will be required to inform their team members of their progress across projects they are currently working on.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate suggested improvements and ideas, and provide feedback to their team members
What You Need:

Minimum 4 years experience in developing eLearning modules using eLearning authoring tools: Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline 360.
