Job description

Experience: 15+ years

  • Candidate to have work permit to work out of Philippines*

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Process Optimization:

  • Design and implement architecture frameworks for O2C and P2P processes, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Streamline lead flow management, ensuring end-to-end visibility across the sales lifecycle.
  • Align business processes with industry best practices while incorporating emerging technologies.

Technology Solutions & Integration

  • Architect and oversee the integration of CRM, ERP, and financial systems to enhance O2C, P2P, and sales operations.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing, sales, procurement, and fulfillment systems.
  • Lead the deployment of automation tools (e.g., RPA) to optimize repetitive tasks in the sales cycle and procurement.

Collaboration With Stakeholders

  • Work closely with sales, procurement, marketing, and finance teams to understand pain points and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams for process architecture.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of O2C and P2P process frameworks, lead-to-opportunity management, and sales lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Proficiency in process modeling (e.g., BPMN), data analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
