Job Description

Trade Marketing Manager II, Duracell Industrial Operations Inc., Chicago, IL. Develop new brand launch strategies. Coordinate with agency of marketing assets needed to support North America Business to Business aftermarket customers to include bilingual assets. Agency coordination for trade shows. Participate in trade shows, market research, networking events with industry experts and strategy meetings with customers. Drive sustainable growth of revenue and operating income in the U.S. Aftermarket segment and assist in development of marketing strategies for Insite’s new brand. Leverage product quality and performance to strengthen brand equity in line with company’s strategy and guidelines. Collaborate with various stakeholders including agency and Procell Global Marketing with a focus on key decision makers and influencers. Foster relations with internal support team to meet customers’ ongoing and changing needs. Measure ROI for customer investment and recommend changes and financial forecasting.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $99,000/yr.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:

  • Developing and delivering B2B initiatives and assets which include innovative marketing plans, new products, programs and integration to customer shelf, display, feature, catalogue, or e-catalogue;
  • Principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services;
  • Working as part of a geographically dispersed team;
  • Social/ Digital experience (CPG media planning);
  • Collaborating with customer CPG eCom;
  • Developing creative strategies; and
  • Marketing tool such as Google Analytics

100% telecommuting permitted.

40% domestic travel required.
