We're seeking our Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and help establish our market presence in digital transformation and custom software development.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients that align with our technology capabilities and service offerings.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage decision-makers.
Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing activities and referrals.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit.
Create personalized approaches for target accounts based on research and industry insights.
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead status in CRM.
Coordinate with Senior Sales Manager for smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Support preparation of initial client meetings and sales materials.
Provide market feedback to help refine our targeting and messaging.
Track and report on key metrics and conversion rates.
What We Are Looking For
1-2 years of B2B sales development experience, ideally in technology or professional services.
Strong research and prospecting skills with ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical stakeholders.
Basic understanding of software development and digital transformation concepts.
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
Data-driven approach to prospecting and pipeline building.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
