We are seeking a subject matter expert on Vector Network Analyzers to join our team of Product Managers. Our Product Managers serve as liaisons between our Munich-based product lines and US Sales teams to ensure our North American customers' needs and expectations are fulfilled at the highest level. Candidates will develop and execute a strategy to support Sales and Marketing efforts across the country in maximizing product line growth. In addition to having a background in electrical engineering, the ideal candidate has several years of customer-facing experience. Candidates must be a US citizen, but can reside near any major US international airport.
Your tasks
Develop and execute a strategy to maximize growth of VNA product line in North America
Represent the Munich-based product line in North America, effectively linking the product lines with customers and our sales organization
Develop a working perspective on the sales process and competitors in the Vector Network Analyzer application areas within the various market segments
Develop and share with the product line a deep understanding of customer needs in all the key application areas for Vector Network Analyzers
Analyze market performance to understand and identify gaps in the portfolio product fit
Leverage deep product, marketing, and sales process knowledge to produce high-value sales tools, to effectively train the North American sales organization
Collaborate closely with headquarters in Germany and regional counterparts to leverage aspects of global initiatives and innovate where necessary to address unique needs for the North American market.
Coordinate with the product line, sales, and outbound marketing teams to lead the introduction of new products in North America
Work with data analysts to continuously improve product line metrics such as dashboards and maintain competitive pricing analysis
Provide product aligned support for Sales and Outbound Marketing
Communicate business performance and growth strategy across all levels for management
Your Qualifications
BSEE degree or equivalent. Candidates without a technical degree will not be considered.
MSEE and/or MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in engineering and/or technical product management; test and measurement experience strongly preferred
RF measurement science knowledge such as s-parameters, noise figure, spurious, TOI, AM-AM, AM-PM, group delay, pulsed envelope analysis, on wafer, antenna test, and signal integrity.
Personal agility to thrive in a complex, technical, and fast-paced environment
Analytical thinker with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Creative and technical thinker with the ability to communicate critical success factors and deliver results
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills for internal and customer presentations
Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be required
Must reside near a major airport

The total compensation for this position is $120-$235K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
