Digital Content Developer
360training is seeking a Digital Content Developer to join our growing team. The Digital Content Developer will be responsible for developing multimedia rich e-learning courses, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry regulations, and 360training.com standards. This position requires the Digital Content Developer to insert content, assessments, audio, images, and other multimedia assets into 360training.com’s Learning Course Management System (LCMS).
Responsibilities
Create and/or revise content and audio scripts using standardized processes and templates.
Insert multimedia assets into 360training’s LCMS in accordance with storyboards and/or course manuscripts.
Upload course data into LCMS to build the course content.
Generate and upload audio mp3 files into the course content.
Work on multiple courses and development tasks simultaneously.
Create and revise courses to ensure a smooth user experience and meet QA standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in data entry and content development will be given preference.
Intermediate knowledge of web-based applications and tools.
Intermediate listening skills in English language in American accent.
Intermediate knowledge of the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated to succeed.
Able to solve problems independently or with a team.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet rigorous deadlines.
English Proficiency B2+

Experience with Articulate (RISE and/or Storyline)
