About The Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer
Java Script background with experience with ArcGIS, Visual Studio, C# Sharp, Oracle, PL SQL, Python, .NET Framework, .NET Core,
Triage issues and tickets to determine if escalation is necessary for resolution
Effectively meet SLAs, perform patches, and roster reviews
When ticket volume is low, evaluate automation opportunities to enhance existing efficiencies
Documentation maintenance
Provide on-call support for dev team member and business customers as needed
Utilize existing customer tools that include integrations among cloud-based and/or customized solutions necessary to resolve tickets
Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business as needed
Review custom code related to tickets and provide recommendations as well as development efforts for code enhancement
Participate in Salesforce release evaluation and impact on the existing Salesforce stack
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS /CIS or equivalent work experience
Required Skills/Certifications
Release Management experience
CI/CD experience (Jenkins is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
