Job Summary

This position works closely with the Director of Delegated Financial Reporting. This individual is primarily responsible for preparing general ledger entries for multiple entities, reconciling accounting records, drafting financial statements for multiple entities, and preparing financial models.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record general ledger entries for multiple entities
  • Prepare account reconciliations to subsidiary ledgers and supporting systems
  • Assist with the preparation of financial budget models and profitability analyses
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Support annual audit
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports
  • Perform financial statement analysis at both the corporate and IPA level

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, including general accounting and healthcare experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.

Compensation - $57,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
