Job Summary
Hawthorn River, a Computer Services Inc. (CSI) company, is seeking a Salesforce.com developer/engineer who ideally possesses prior experience developing software for the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the development and rollout of entire product or large project.
- Enforces department coding standards and best practices.
- Demonstrates effective and efficient project management.
- Writes technical specifications and identifies project/programming risks.
- Champions and provides coaching to colleagues on processes, technologies, etc. (Agile, CI/CD).
- Demonstrates expertise and elevated knowledge of Software Engineering skills and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrates knowledge and applicability of various programming languages.
- Provides thought leadership and proactive investigation and problem-solving.
- Provides coaching and mentorship to less experienced Software Engineers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Primary Results Accountable For Achieving
- Deliver changes to support the product systems and any applications that our system supports, coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Successful, timely execution of project initiatives and/or features.
- Accountable for the creation or enhancement of applications and meeting internal and external customer requirements of those applications.
- Minimal re-design or re-factoring of solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education & Certifications: Accredited university, college or trade school education and training in applicable technology, advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Key skills must include a thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com development environment, including APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, Aura, Experience Cloud, and general best practices around governor limits and API development.
- Possess full-stack experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Prior experience with developing Loan Origination Systems is highly desirable.
- Candidate must be able to work effectively in a small team.
