Summary

Job Description:

As a Solutions Consultant at Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), you will collaborate with the Sales team throughout the sales lifecycle. You will leverage your industry expertise and product knowledge to provide diagnostic insights, deliver engaging product demos, respond to RFPs, and consult on CSI solutions. This role combines teamwork, customer engagement, and technical knowledge to shape the future of banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Presentations:
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of CSI solutions to prospective customers.
• Maintain and update presentations/demos to effectively represent products and services.
• Proposal Management:
• Research, review, and answer RFP questions to highlight CSI’s product capabilities.
• Customer Engagement:
• Perform diagnostic reviews with prospective customers to identify solutions that address their unique challenges.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales team and other Solutions Consultants to deliver seamless presentations and solutions.
• CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to reflect support activities and customer interactions.
• Learning & Development:
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to stay updated on CSI offerings and industry trends.
• Other Duties:
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Skills:
• Banking industry experience.
• Ability to collaborate and present both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
