Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Security Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to strengthen our team. This role involves working with cutting-edge IAM tools, implementing robust access control strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry security standards.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and enhance IAM tools, such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, to support organizational security initiatives.
Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principles, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Monitor IAM systems for potential threats, analyze logs, and respond to incidents involving identity breaches.
Ensure secure configuration and management of IAM systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Conduct access audits and create detailed reports to maintain compliance with security policies and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate identity lifecycle processes using tools like Python or PowerShell.
Job Requirements
Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
4+ years of experience as Security Analyst.
Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
