E-Commerce Data Manager

Due to the extraordinary variety of goods and better pricing structure in US e-commerce, global shopping in US retail markets has been popular for many years now. However, this industry is mostly used by a handful of tech savvy users, who understand how e-wallets, VPN’s and other technologies work, enabling them to buy overseas. We are building this platform, so the remaining majority of global shoppers are also able to gain access to the vast online shopping sites in the USA.

We are seeking a highly organized and passioned for e-commerce individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Data Manager. Your tasks will involve collaboration with multiple teams to maintain high standards of data quality and improve our online shopping experience. This is a great opportunity for e-commerce enthusiast to learn and grow in a growing e-commerce start-up.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize product categories. Oversee the mapping of product categories between different data points to align with retailer categories, ensuring seamless categorization across the platform for improved product discoverability
• Manage and organize the retailers data based on defined business goals. Selecting top retailers, mapping categories, overseeing the market tendencies and ensuring that platform retailers lists meets the newest tendencies
• Take responsibility for managing top deals, including the selection, ranking, and adjustment of deal information to highlight the most attractive offers
• Continuously monitor the quality of search results and in-sighting possible improvements, ensuring relevance and accuracy in product listings that match customer queries and market tendencies
• Constant testing of e-commerce platform from the customer's perspective, identifying and reporting issues to enhance the overall user experience
• Oversee the ongoing integrity and accuracy of all e-commerce data, including product listings, pricing, and inventory, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience

We expect you to:

• Have experience with e-commerce platforms, product management, and data quality processes
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
• Have experience analysing search results and recommend improvements
• Be proficient in data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines

Salary

Gross salary FROM 1,700 EUR based on skills and experience.

Work from anywhere - see you online. We have offices in old-town Vilnius when you need or feel like coming in.
