Job description

We are on the lookout for a Junior SAP Support Specialist!

Join our team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing SAP systems. In this position, you’ll support end-users, troubleshoot SAP issues, and collaborate on system improvements to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the stability and availability of SAP systems.
  • Resolve end-user tickets and analyze system errors.
  • Participate in system tests and implement new functionalities.
  • Train and support users in SAP-related processes.
  • Propose business process improvements using SAP functionalities.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure seamless operations.


Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SAP maintenance, preferably in a production environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • General SAP knowledge, with experience in PP, MM, WM, SD, QM, FI, CO (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of SAP integration and SAP PI (preferred).
  • Basic ABAP knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience in troubleshooting SAP issues and providing 24/7 on-call support (preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Problem-solving and self-organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and patience.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to quickly absorb knowledge.
  • Customer orientation and proactivity.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.
