As a Service Delivery Manager at SIS, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial and operational software solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Your expertise will guide clients in evaluating their software requirements and customizing solutions to enhance their business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client software requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business processes.
Collaborate with clients for the implementation and customization of software solutions.
Ensure the successful delivery of services while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Support the continuous development and enhancement of software solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Required Skills
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Dynamics software solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Competent project management skills.
Prior experience in the Enterprise Construction market is advantageous.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in consulting or similar professional services roles.
A strong commitment to customer service and client engagement.
