The key responsibilities of this position are:

Develop, test, and implement new and existing systems for business needs and requirements.
Review and improve the usability and performance existing systems and rectify defects.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
Provide support and training of new and existing systems.
Work closely with other developers, project managers and business systems analysts
Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring it complies with industry best practices and

Civmec coding standards.

Ensure thorough testing of code before and after deployment into UAT environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Research and evaluate technical solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
Create or update technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Maintain support and configuration documentation to ensure all system changes are well documented.
Update DevOps tasks appropriately to reflect current work status and ensure smooth workflow.
Keep up to date with industry trends and technology developments.
Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed.
