Position Summary: We are seeking a Functional Lead to oversee and guide the QAS team and Canada/LATAM Coordinators with minimal supervision. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on driving consistency and efficiency, while being a trusted client partner and daily detailed communicator
