The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for optimizing and aligning revenue-generating teams, including sales, finance, and customer success. This role ensures operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and process improvements to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with revenue technology stacks, and a deep understanding of sales, finance, and operations.
What You Will Do
Revenue Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to optimize revenue growth and efficiency.
Align sales, finance, and customer success processes to improve cross-functional collaboration.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the revenue cycle to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Partner with Finance and HR to define sales targets and align incentive plans
Sales & Marketing Operations:
Oversee CRM (Salesforce) management, ensuring data integrity, automation, and reporting accuracy.
Manage lead-to-revenue processes, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Partner with sales and operations teams to streamline lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies.
Optimize sales enablement tools, automation, and workflows to improve sales efficiency.
Data & Analytics:
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to track revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Ensure high data quality and governance across all revenue-related systems.
Process Optimization & Technology Management:
Evaluate, implement, and manage the revenue tech stack, including CRM, analytics, and sales engagement tools.
Automate key revenue processes to enhance scalability and reduce inefficiencies.
Drive continuous improvements in revenue operations workflows.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and engineering to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or other tool) and revenue process development
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and go-to-market strategies.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth tech environments.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
LOCATION
This position is based in Dallas, Texas, USA. While it offers remote flexibility, candidates must reside in the United States and be available to attend meetings or events at our Dallas office as needed.
SALARY
Anticipated Base Pay: $140,000 & up + participation in our annual bonus plan.
