As part of the Human Resources team at MoneyGram, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our sales leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to accelerate performance. You’ll lead HR initiatives to support a high-performing sales organization, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner. The HRBP will act as a strategic influential partner, aligning people initiatives with business objectives to foster a culture of accountability and high achievement. Leading change through understanding organizational dynamics, breaking down barriers and driving collaboration. Be the guardian of talent by identifying the skills and capabilities for the future and build a talent plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy. Champion a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, where constructive conversations lead to real change. Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and effectiveness, maintaining a balance between fairness and organizational needs. Work effectively across all areas of the business and other areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll and Talent. Leverage data available to drive change and decisions using data and analytics. Drive organizational design to best meet the needs of the business to accelerate change and drive accountability and results.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to foster accountability and drive results.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute plans to attract, develop, and retain sales talent, ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver on business objectives.
- Change Leadership: Lead organizational change initiatives, breaking down barriers and promoting collaboration to create a high-achieving culture.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues with a balanced approach, supporting fairness and organizational needs.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR data and analytics to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Organizational Design: Partner with leadership to optimize sales team structures, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Learning & Development to deliver seamless support to the sales organization.
Who You Are
- Sales Partnership Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR business partnership roles, supporting senior sales leaders within global technology, software, or fintech companies.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand sales metrics, challenges, and organizational goals, building trust across all levels of leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform talent and business decisions.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving meaningful dialogue.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Ability to develop creative and actionable solutions for complex challenges. Tech Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
LOCATION
This position is based in Dallas, Texas, USA. While it offers remote flexibility, candidates must reside in the United States and be available to attend meetings or events at our Dallas office as needed.

SALARY
Anticipated Base Pay: $120,000- $170,000 + participation in our annual bonus plan.
