About the Role:

At SaaS Labs, Product Marketing is the powerhouse behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our product marketing initiatives and lead a team of high-performing marketers. In this strategic role, you will take full ownership of our GTM execution, shaping compelling value propositions, crafting persuasive content, and ensuring our positioning stands out in the competitive landscape. Your impact will fuel revenue growth, influence product direction, and empower our sales teams with the tools they need to win.

As the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive successful product launches, strengthen our competitive positioning, and elevate our market presence. What You'll Do:

  • Deep Customer Insight: Become the voice of the customer by conducting regular interviews to uncover key pain points, triggers, and opportunities that drive meaningful value propositions.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously analyzing market trends and competitive threats to refine product positioning and GTM strategies.
  • Market Definition: Leverage data-driven insights to define our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), key market segments, and buyer personas.
  • Value-Based Messaging: Develop compelling, customer-centric messaging that resonates with different segments and drives differentiation in the market.
  • GTM Enablement: Empower our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams with powerful tools—think pitch decks, battlecards, and data sheets—to maximize conversion rates and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Product Strategy & Launches: Partner with Product to influence roadmaps and execute high-impact product launches that expand our Total Addressable Market (TAM).
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Track key metrics, experiment with messaging and content, and optimize strategies to enhance performance across sales and marketing funnels.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and scale a world-class product marketing team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • PMM Expertise: 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a knack for crafting messaging across diverse use cases.
  • Leadership Acumen: 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, with a hands-on approach and a track record of executing successful GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication: Master storyteller with outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English, adept at engaging both internal teams and customers.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities to translate data insights into actionable strategies and measurable results.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to take ownership with a passion for innovation and excellence.
  • GTM Know-How: Experience with both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies.
  • Customer Segments: Proven experience in marketing to SMB and Mid-Market audiences.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in CCaaS or adjacent markets is a big plus.
