We are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to join our team! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end development and execution of marketing materials. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven communicator who excels at building relationships within the organization and with external partners. Success in this role involves delivering high-quality marketing assets, driving client engagement, and achieving sales lead targets through seamless execution.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Initiatives:
Manage the execution of digital and printed marketing collateral across multiple channels, from creative briefing to final asset delivery, while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Oversee production schedules, proofing reviews, approvals and serve as primary contact for stakeholders while communicating feedback with the internal creative team.
Coordinate with vendors and partners on direct mail production and data segmentation, to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Support customer loyalty initiatives and create engaging collateral to encourage repeat bookings.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Provide the sales team with up-to-date marketing assets and conduct regular audits to ensure the most up-to-date collateral is available for use.
Manage event collateral, including customized pieces for B2C & B2B initiatives.
Reporting and Performance Management:
Partner with sales to track sales incentive efforts, demand generation performance and oversee the attribution process .
Assist with quarterly KPI performance reports and bi-annual competitor analysis to inform compelling presentations.
Coordinate with accounting to process invoices and monitor expenses against the annual budget.
What you’ll bring:
Proven marketing or job-related experience.
Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving priorities.
Proficiency in PPT, Word and Excel with experience in Smartsheet a plus
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Willingness to be hands-on and involved in work where needed
