The Role:


As a Senior Product Manager for Cyncly’s Inspire product, you will spearhead the vision of our consumer facing interior design web solutions, bridging across our partners (interior designers, furniture suppliers) and the end consumers, looking to design their homes. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the B2B2C product complexity, best practices of lead acquisition, exceptional product management skills, and a passion for visual design and the interior design industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our B2B2C interior design web solution, ensuring it meets the needs of both our business partners and direct consumers.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within the interior design space.
  • Champion innovation, collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, product marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement features that enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact, customer feedback, and strategic goals, aligned with the company’s OKRs
  • Bring cross-teams collaboration, align with internal stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and design professionals to enhance product visibility and adoption.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to illuminate the path forward, making informed decisions that enhance product performance and drive growth.
  • Lead the GTM plan and execution of the Inspire product solutions. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing teams.
  • Mentor and develop team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Foster diversity and inclusion within the team, promoting an environment where all employees feel valued and included.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on B2C solutions in global companies. Experience in B2B2C is a huge plus.
  • Strong technical background. Experience in visual design and 3D technologies is highly desirable.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the Spatial Design space is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud services, deployment models, and how they can be leveraged to drive business value.
  • A track record of innovation, with examples of bringing new ideas and products to market.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing complex, integrated solutions from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience researching market trends, user behaviour and analytics, and adjusting roadmaps and solutions to deliver meaningful impact on our userbase.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in collaborating with and motivating remote teams across the globe, ensuring high levels of collaboration and efficiency in a virtual work environment
