Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:


We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Commercial B2B to lead the development of our Commercial spatial planning solutions. This role is critical in driving our product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering exceptional user experiences for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to bring innovative solutions to market.



Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of our commercial products, redefining the boundaries of Commercial planning solutions, ensuring our products lead in creativity, functionality, and user satisfaction
  • Translate market and customer requirements into product specifications and work closely with R&D teams to translate into technical specifications
  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to gather feedback and validate product direction
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Leverage data-driven insights to illuminate the path forward, making informed decisions that enhance product performance and drive growth
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Foster diversity and inclusion within the team, promoting an environment where all employees feel valued and included
  • Animate and energize online user communities to gauge and improve user sentiment, satisfaction and to hear the voice of the user



Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within Software with a focus on B2B solutions, CAD software, spatial design tools, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of spatial planning, 3D visualization, or design software workflows
  • Experience with Agile product development practices and tools
  • Proven ability to define and execute on a product roadmap
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
  • A track record of innovation, with examples of bringing new ideas and products to market
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience partnering with B2B customers to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Proven expertise in collaborating with and motivating remote teams across the globe, ensuring high levels of collaboration and efficiency in a virtual work environment
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Preferably, having a background from the North American commercial office furniture industry
