About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in program and project management to join our healthcare product team. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in roles which require project management for complex data-enabled projects spanning multiple teams, combined with a deep understanding of the revenue cycle. Prior experience in operations for specific solutions is a strong plus. You will act as the voice of users, help track sprint backlogs and hold cross-functional teams accountable to ensure product success.
As Revecore’s Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Leverage program/project management skills to enable sprint planning/backlogs, execution of initiatives, go-live launches and user documentation/training in an agile environment.
- Create, manage and analyze data-oriented project plans using Excel and project management tools to document steps, identify owners, track progress, identify risks, and streamline workflow. Where possible, research steps and drive progress in partnership with stakeholders (i.e. contract reviews, scope terms).
- Act as the voice of users to break down product features into stories and ensure alignment between product goals and user needs.
- Use research, workflow documentation, and solution expertise to drive user training for product improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of product milestones.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager or Operations Manager with strong project management skills.
- Passion for product management.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or similar) and Excel.
- Proven ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable through strong influencing skills, without direct authority.
- An interest in sprint/backlog management and defining features while working closely with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong research and workflow documentation skills to support product initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to engage stakeholders and leadership.
It would be great if you also have:
- Prior experience in the RCM product, operations or implementation space.
- Experience managing projects in Revenue Cycle, including project tracking documentation, meeting coordination and facilitation.
- Ability to influence and guide teams through workflow training with minimal supervision.
Work at Home Requirements:
