In this new role, you will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, implements, and supports the EPS Radius Packaging Suite ERP to meet the needs of the Supplies business. Solves highly complex business issues and problems with automated systems such as Auto Count 4D (AC4D)
• Electronics for Imaging -EFI
• Supports and manages technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the Zebra’s Supplies Manufacturing modules centered around Radius ERP, Production Scheduling Application (PSA), Auto Count 4D (AC4D) and related applications
• Manages a list of open issues with the vendor, EPS
• Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems
• Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control.
• Enters and creates to ensure validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases. - Designs extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenarios.
• Produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.
• Reviews user accesses and trains users on application.
• Supports system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
• Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance
  
  

Qualifications:

• Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's degree in systems, mechatronics and related fields or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Preferred Work Experience (years):
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience

• Experience with end user issues
• Demonstrated technical experience
• Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
• Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
• Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
• Experience developing new systems and tools
• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
• Advanced analytical skills
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Experience identifying and implement process improvements
