Job Summary
As the Director of Product Marketing at Integris, you will serve as the critical link between our product and marketing teams. You will be responsible for creating product-specific messaging frameworks, market research and competitive analysis, sales enablement tools, product launch positioning, and customer success stories. This role requires a blend of writing and marketing expertise, with a strong emphasis on creating clear and actionable roadmaps to support product engagement and adoption. This position offers an opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for our innovative products, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with product goals and company objectives.
Collaborate with product teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling marketing messages.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.
Marketing Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends and validate ICP
Conduct competitive research to provide insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Messaging
Develop product messaging frameworks by vertical
Develop product-related content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, website copy, presentations) and work with marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
Create clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the value proposition and differentiates the product in the market
Sales Enablement
Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell the product. This may include sales collateral, product demos, and competitive analysis.
Create sales plays to cross-sell / up-sell into install based
Customer Feedback & Advocacy
Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build relationships with key customers for advocacy.
Develop a customer reference program by vertical for core products
Technical Writing & Communication
Write and edit product-related content, ensuring accuracy and clarity in technical product documentation.
Develop marketing copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Communicate product milestones and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – OR – equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
8+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing.
3+ years in leadership or managerial role.
Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, or similar industries is preferred.
Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress and HubSpot.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
Experience using M365 for collaboration.
Experience with Microsoft Suite.
