Position Overview

Minor conveniences, such as an app to start your vehicle or lock the car door, track where you parked, and remind you that you should get an oil change soon. Lifestyle conveniences are not all we offer our members, and while life-saving measures aren't always the first thing you think of when you hear our brand - they are the services that truly change lives. We recently had a customer call in simply to say thank you, as her family found themselves in a terrible situation after a car accident – they were trapped in the vehicle and unable to reach their phone to call for assistance. Luckily, one of our subscription services was able to help them in this emergency upon impact. 911 was immediately notified of the vehicle collision, and first responders were sent to the scene. Our systems automatically kicked in and helped them in a time they were most in need! ”

Duties And Responsibilities
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
- Availability: Open availability between 8am-11pm EST 7 days a week
- Pay Expectation: Our Sales pay rates start at $14/hr in training, with bonus incentives once you’ve graduated training!
- Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
Qualifications
To Work Virtual In Your Home, You Will Need
- A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
- High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
- Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
- 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
- A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
- Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
- Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process

Our calls include, but are not limited to, account consolidation, promotion of new services, retention efforts, and more. Ideal candidates will be skilled in selling new products, overcoming objections, and utilizing retention techniques.
