The Offshore Division is growing, and through this we’re growing our Team as well.Within the Offshore Division, Øglænd partner with a range of customers across the Marine, Oil & Gas and Wind industries, adding in the Chemical Production and Water Treatment Facilities – bringing value added solutions to their maintenance and repair operations, new builds, decommissioning and manufacturing activities.
Øglænd offers the best-in-class products and solutions that are most relevance for our industries, from power tools, fixings and fasteners, inserts to multi-discipline supports systems including cable trays and ladders, the division offers the full product portfolio across a wide range of specialist industries alike.
This role requires a national coverage, and the ideal location for this role is in and around the central belt of England to best reach the customers.
For us, the sales department is the pulse of our clients. Account Managers play an important role in Øglænd System. It requires close partner cooperation with the clients, based on understanding their needs, gaining loyalty, and seeking mutual benefits. As an Account Manager, you need to understand the client’s needs and be able to add value, such as help to find new and better solutions together to help make them more competitive.

What does the role involve?
- Developing and growing the sales of our solutions across the nationwide territory.
- Develop clearly formulated strategies for the accounts to generate measurable contributions to the clients and our profitability alike.
- Work pro-actively with key decision makers within the industry base, relevant businesses and suppliers to understand the business needs and maximise sales opportunities.
- Develop sales opportunities for both existing products and new innovations.
- Increase the long-term engagement with the clients and focus mainly on the higher end of our industry base.
- Maintain a high self-drive and commitment to achieving the expected results.

What you need is:
- Technical understanding and confident with discussing and presenting technical solutions.
- Strategic thinking & self-driven to be able to develop the territory strategy
- Proactive to create opportunities, follow-up & close leads
- Experience in the Offshore industry sectors is a must
- Readiness to travel all over the UK required & full manual UK driving license.
