Join Our Team as a Senior BI Technology Developer!

As a Senior BI Developer, you’ll support the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) function by driving data-driven decision-making by designing innovative dashboards, automating reporting processes, and standardizing team procedures.

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer who enjoys the solution process. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, advising, and leading the end-to-end BI solution.

You are going to be supported by an experienced team, therefore we are looking for a team player, able to cooperate with the team, so we all follow the same quality standards and can build coherent solutions.

Your Role:

• Partner with Recruitment Teams to provide business reporting and analytic insights that support SLA and KPI measurements, productivity, and growth.
• Proactively investigate opportunities to increase the value of the BI solutions currently in place, as well as recommend new approaches to aid in decision-making.
• Establish a regular meeting cadence with the RPO Managers community to review the reporting status and address existing issues.
• When required present to clients during monthly and quarterly business reviews to bring Business Intelligence subject matter expertise.
• Work with Implementations on new program development and ensure initial deliverables are completed on time for assigned regions.
• Accountable for the on-time delivery, accuracy, and relevance of the reports/insights delivered to the supported teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in reporting or BI roles.
• Experience with stakeholder management (geographically dispersed & different seniority levels, and roles) and gathering requirements.
• Experience with working on large datasets coming from different sources.
• Experience with MS Power BI (i.e. building complex dashboards), and DAX
• Working experience with SQL language and database models understanding.
• Attention to detail, high accuracy.
• Ability to take ownership, self-starter attitude
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Nice to have:

• Industry knowledge: Understanding of RPO’s business models
• Domain knowledge: HR data
• Working experience with Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform (MS Power App, Power Automate), SharePoint (advanced lists)
• Excellent Excel skills, including high proficiency in areas like Pivot Tables and VBA, Dashboards building.
