Job description

At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are always growing. At the moment, our clients is expanding rapidly, therefore we are looking for experienced recruiters to join our team!


The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving all aspects of both Client’s and candidate’s relationship management process on particular ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ accounts.



We expect you to?

  • Working as Talent Acquisition Partner for one of the biggest banking corporation in the world
  • Coordinating all recruitment processes under departments assigned (market research, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing)
  • Close cooperation with Talent Acquisition Officer and Sourcing Partner
  • ATS maintenance
  • Leading meetings with agencies
  • Provide Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
  • Manage Offer Negotiation process
  • Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (i.e. offer letter submittals, final paperwork completion)
  • Any additional activities related to the job role - to improve the cooperation with business and to make the recruitment actions more effective



What you will bring?

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience - advising and working directly with Hiring Managers, managing full life cycle recruitment
  • 2+ years of sourcing experience including market mapping, creation and utilization of customized sourcing strategies to attract and recruit passive candidates including but not limited to internet mining, social media, web networking and competitive profiling
  • Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates
