We are always growing. At the moment, our client is expanding rapidly, therefore we are looking for HR Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team.


This role requires effective multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team, in order to effectively manage all matters independently.


Responsibilities:


Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team with:

  • Job posting
  • Interview scheduling
  • Contract requests


ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance:

  • Enter and maintain candidate information into the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using the applicant tracking system.
  • Create, file, and maintain a system with resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork.
  • Application maintenance.
  • Database maintenance.
  • Arrange appointments with potential candidates requiring extensive phone time.
  • Candidate follow-up.
  • Assist with the reference checks.



What you will bring:

  • Fluent English.
  • PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various Technology systems.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, corporate and client communications, etc.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiter’s executives, candidates, and the public.
  • Internet experience including job boards, job postings, and networking.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with the recruiting team and candidates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.
  • Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.
  • Short notice period will be beneficial.
