This role will offer a high focus on development, with a 3-month training period and opportunity for growth.

💼 The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be working closely with clients interested in hiring a ghostwriter to bring their stories to life through professional interviews, editing, and even publishing.

Your primary responsibility will be consulting with clients over the phone and via Zoom to understand their needs and present the best options, including various writing tiers and publishing packages. You will be advising clients on desired products; negotiating payment terms and following up to ensure 100% satisfaction with their experience.

😊 About You

  • At least 2 years of B2C telephone sales experience with a track record of exceeding and meeting sales targets.
  • Growth mindset and ambition to grow within your career
  • Has strong objection handling skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Is a team player by heart - you will be working with our fantastic editorial team making sure they are set up for successful project delivery.
  • Is self-motivated, disciplined, and a self-starter.
  • Has great communication skills and strong oral & written presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset and proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities from telephone, email, and other sales inquiry methods.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience being a writer yourself.
  • Experience using G Suite, Hubspot, and/or Kixie.

  • Annual base salary $34,500 with company commission scheme (OTE $55,000k+).
