5+ Years of Technical Product Management Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain (Experience in Truck/Container Parking & Storage is advantageous)

This role sits with one of our acquisitioned companies, SecurSpace. SecurSpace plays a critical role in enhancing WiseTech's logistics and supply chain offerings by providing secure, flexible storage solutions. As a part of the WiseTech ecosystem, SecurSpace integrates with WiseTech's broader software solutions, allowing businesses to seamlessly manage and rent secure storage spaces for their inventory, equipment, and other materials.


Our new product manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify the true customer needs, clearly define the business objectives a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and be able to influence a team around hitting objectives.


Your Responsibilities


  • Investigate and provide solutions to complex issues
  • Deliver high quality customer service in the form of 2nd/ 3rd line support
  • Writing up requirements for new features and functionality
  • Assess existing functionality and recommend areas for improvement
  • Documenting supporting content and release notes
  • Analyse and document processes
  • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practice and system functionality/ behavior
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Product development review (UAT/ QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Work collaboratively with customers and development throughout the lifecycle for new features

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Company reserves the right to modify this range in the future, as needed, as market conditions change.


Pay range for this role $100,000—$150,000 USD
