Key Responsibilities
Customer Focus: Deliver a personalised and customer-centric approach to build strong, lasting relationships with national and key account personnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities and enhance profitability.
Business Development: Expand the main dealer portfolio by sourcing, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities.
Strategic Relationships: Establish productive, professional relationships with board-level and senior operational personnel in target accounts.
Data-Driven Insights: Use business data to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and drive growth.
Competitor Awareness: Track and analyse competitor activity to keep the team informed of promotions and trends.
Account Management: Manage pricing terms, rebates, and contract negotiations to ensure fair profit margins and strategic account success.
Goal-Oriented: Meet sales volume targets and strategic objectives while balancing key business metrics and KPIs.
Skills And Experience
A proven track record in acquiring and developing new and existing business accounts.
Effective planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage with board-level executives.
A proactive and analytical mindset to solve commercial challenges and identify opportunities.
