Overview of Job Function:
Verint is current seeking a Sales Proposal Coordinator Intern responsible for managing the Proposal Development Process, aiding in development and editing of content. The candidate is expected to be highly professional and representative of Verint’s world-class products and services.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Cross-Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Product Management to source information and help create materials as needed.
Manage multiple projects at a time, enforcing internal deadlines to meet both internal and external expectations
Research, analyze and clean data with internal collaboration
Assist with selling related efforts
Content management tasks such as updating and curating content
Assist with developing Proactive Proposals
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Must be able to work independently and have good time management skills.
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines; able to proactively manage multiple competing priorities.
Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and word processing, word templates, desktop publishing and web application skills.
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and Social Security verification.
Preferred Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
Adobe InDesign, or expertise in Graphics.
Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.
MIN: $20/HR
MAX: $30/HR
