(Senior) Inhouse Consultant SAP CAR - S4 Retail (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany; remote, Spain

Join our Enterprise Core Systems division and take on a pivotal role in the digitalization and automation of our Retail processes. We are seeking an experienced in-house SAP S/4 Retail Consultant (m/f/d) to contribute to the setup and development of our comprehensive retail services. Your responsibilities

Serve as the consultant with extensive experience in SAP S4 Retail, specializing in practical and customized solutions within the Customer Activity Repository (CAR).
Managing the order fulfillment and network logic with OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability) expertise.
Collaborate with functional managers and team members to ensure the seamless implementation of SAP Retail projects.
Take charge of creating and reviewing Change Requests and Functional Specifications.
Provide support in testing and training key users to ensure the efficient application of SAP solutions.
Ensure the seamless integration of CAR into other projects, relevant SAP modules, and existing legacy systems and applications (e.g., Hybris, POS, WMS).
Identify new or improved business process opportunities and assess them for successful implementation in the S/4HANA environment.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams and stakeholders effectively.

Your qualification

Profound knowledge in S/4HANA for Retail with several years of implementation experience as a consultant for SAP solutions in the retail and fashion industry.
Extensive project experience in adapting and expanding CAR and POSDTA modules, as well as defining and using SAP standard processes.
OAA knowledge is mandatory for this position.
Expertise in change management, process modeling, and technical documentation using business process management tools, with exposure to large-scale corporate projects.
Experience with Retail and CAR Fiori Apps, along with familiarity with SAP Allocation Management, is advantageous.
Exhibit a passion for driving change, coupled with enthusiasm for tackling technical and conceptual challenges.
Showcase the ability to lead trainings in the retail sector, paired with excellent communication skills in both English and German.
