E-Procurement & E-Invoicing Systems Integration Consultant (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany;

We are looking for a skilled E-Procurement & E-Invoicing Systems Integration Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Indirect Procurement and Services Team to improve and optimize our current and potential future E-Procurement / E-Invoicing solutions. Your responsibilities

Work closely with the TECH Indirect Procurement Team, Indirect Procurement, and Accounts Payable to optimize the existing E-Procurement / E-Invoicing solutions.
Assist internal users with any issues related to our E-Procurement and E-Invoicing solutions, ensuring smooth operations.
Act as the main contact for change requests, managing them and implementing solutions.
Communicate and coordinate with our software solution suppliers, providing 3rd-level support and assisting with change requests or project tasks.
Cooperate with internal stakeholders and IT partners to ensure seamless integration and support across systems.

Your qualification

Practical experience in consulting, implementing, and supporting IT systems (cloud or on-premises), preferably with SAP Ariba or similar procurement and invoicing solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
Knowledge of procurement and finance processes, ideally with experience in indirect procurement and system integration.
Keen interest in applying innovative technologies and thinking outside the box.
Team player with a solution-oriented, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
