Commercial Marketing Manager Benelux (m/f/d)
Location: remote, Germany;
As a strategic marketing expert, you will lead seasonal marketing planning and localization efforts to enhance sales and customer acquisition in your market. This role involves managing the end-to-end communication strategy across the customer lifecycle, optimizing the local homepage, and refining onsite campaigns. You will also oversee the local brand assortment curation, tailoring it to regional preferences. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple teams, and analyze and steer performance to ensure alignment with budget and strategic goals.
Your responsibilities
Take charge of strategic seasonal marketing planning and execution to maximize sales and attract new customers.
Enhance localization by following local fashion and e-commerce trends, and improve the relevance of our assortment selection for local customers.
Manage the end-to-end communication strategy for all customer lifecycle phases, ensuring personalized messaging that boosts retention and loyalty.
Co-own the content and campaign strategies for the local homepage.
Implement, analyze, and refine onsite campaigns and navigation to optimize the customer journey and amplify business performance.
Define and manage a local brand cluster that resonates with regional tastes and preferences.
Ensure the communication of locally relevant assortment effectively to engage our customers.
Engage daily with local and global teams across Marketing, Markets, and other key functions.
Collaborate with brand marketing teams, including content, social media, and copywriting, to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns.
Regularly analyze marketing performance against budgets, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement and meet targets within established timelines.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
you must have relevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Fashion marketing in the Benelux area, with a focus on planning and executing local and regional marketing campaigns.
In-depth analytical understanding: Thorough knowledge of marketing KPIs and the use of analytical tools to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
Sharp eye for market dynamics and upcoming trends: Possess an in-depth understanding of the local fashion e-commerce competitive landscape, with a keen ability to anticipate and capitalize on emerging trends that resonate with our target audience.
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficient command of the regional language (Duch) is also required.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across creative and commercial functions.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing and problem-solving.
