We are a team of eleven data engineers, business intelligence consultants, and data scientists working together on data-related challenges within the data product team. As trusted partners to our customers, we design tailored end-to-end solutions, from building robust data infrastructures to delivering insightful analyses and compelling visualizations. What Awaits You

In close collaboration with data engineers, business intelligence consultants as well as data science and analytics experts, you will design and implement robust data architectures and engineering solutions.
You will take on the technical leadership in projects from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration of diverse data sources and the development of scalable data processing systems.  
You will support the development of existing and new internal data products and open-source solutions. 
In addition, you recommend (strategic) actions to our clients or their internal teams - always keeping high quality and client satisfaction in mind.
You proactively research and find new topics for our team and area of expertise which you develop into subject areas that extend our service portfolio in the long run.
Our Data Product team is growing and you will take on a Mentor role in the team, help to shape team structure and artifacts, while also driving the further development of our tool stack to be future proof.

What You Can Expect

What you bring along:

You have in-depth knowledge of Python, Django, SQL, database management systems and at least one cloud platform. You ideally have already worked with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks and/or technologies, such as Spark, Kafka or NOSQL databases.
You have a good understanding of communication between computer systems (TCP/IP, HTTP(S), etc.) and are used to working with Linux and Git.
You were able to gather experience in designing infrastructure architectures and know how to align this with business needs.
You really enjoy programming and working tool-independently in an agile work environment and prefer lean software with clean, maintainable code.
You are proactive in taking ownership of responsibilities, whether consulting with clients, solving technical challenges, enhancing service offerings or fostering a culture of shared leadership by collaborating, mentoring colleagues, and driving strategic initiatives.
Within the team and when working together on organization-wide topics, we communicate in English - therefore, oral and written communication should be easy for you.
