Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our client’s business growth through meticulous data collection and list building. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a visionary entrepreneur who values accuracy and quality in lead generation. You’ll be responsible for manually extracting valuable business information from various online sources, organizing it efficiently, and contributing directly to our client outreach efforts. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment and are excited about contributing to a rapidly expanding global business.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough manual data extraction from specified websites and online directories, focusing initially on legal services professionals in the UK
  • Meticulously copy and paste relevant information into Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and organization
  • Cross-reference newly acquired data against existing master lists to maintain database accuracy and avoid duplicates
  • Enrich current data entries with newly discovered information, enhancing the overall quality of our lead lists
  • Implement and maintain high standards of accuracy in all data collection and organization tasks
  • Deliver completed, high-quality data sets in Google Sheets format, ready for use in marketing campaigns
  • Adapt to new target markets and industries as the business expands, potentially including financial advisors and US-based professionals

Requirements
  • Proven track record in manual data extraction and list building, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced features for data organization and manipulation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple data sets
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote environment
  • Basic understanding of business information structures and lead generation concepts
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and market segments as the business expands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Willingness to grow with the company and potentially take on additional responsibilities or increased hours based on performance
