Now, we’re looking for a Solution Specialist to join our Pre-Sales team, someone who thrives on engaging with customers, solving complex challenges, and crafting innovative solutions that truly make a difference.
The role
You’ll play a pivotal role in helping businesses across our Commercial & Infrastructure vertical see the power of Totalmobile’s technology. By running discovery sessions, leading workshops, and delivering compelling product demonstrations, you’ll showcase how our solutions drive efficiency, improve operational performance and deliver an outstanding return on investment.
This is more than just a pre-sales role—it’s about becoming a trusted advisor. You’ll work closely with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning our technology to their strategic goals. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team, working alongside sales, product management, and delivery teams to ensure our solutions are tailored, scalable, and future-proof.
Skills and Experience
You’ll need to have at least 3 years of experience in a solution architect/presales, service delivery or customer success role. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, an understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences through workshops, presentations & solution demonstrations. An understanding of workforce management processes such as scheduling would be highly beneficial. The ability to engage at an executive level and manage multiple opportunities at once will be key to success in this role.
