We have recently secured €6.5 million in Series A funding, led by Kvanted and ENV, with contributions from NewAlpha Asset Management and several business angels. Our Climate ERP solution is trusted by leaders like Maersk, Nippon Express Europe (NX Group), and DMG MORI, streamlining corporate emission management and reduction. This funding allows us to expand and enhance our platform, integrating sustainability into business operations.

Location: This position is fully remote, but must be based in: Germany, Austria, Portugal, UK, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Romania.

Your mission:

As we prepare to launch our next product squad, in this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the continued growth and innovation of our product. As a Product Manager, you will have a key role in shaping the future of the product, ensuring it delivers maximum value to our customers and aligns with our strategic goals.

What you'll do:

• Product Discovery: You will lead the Product discovery of Cozero’s climate footprint disclosure initiatives to help companies manage the relationships with the stakeholders in their climate journey
• Product Roadmap: You will own the Product Roadmap of your tech squad and prioritize initiatives that help fulfill the company's strategy. Therefore you define customer requirements, product initiatives, and user stories to deliver new features
• Data Analysis: Based on data-driven analyses, KPI’s and usability research you will monitor and analyze the performance of new product features
• Stakeholder Management: You will manage the communication with stakeholders and work closely with our clients and climate experts internally
• Collaboration: You will work closely with the Designers and Tech Leads to bring concepts from ideas to delivery
• Leadership: You are able to effectively share the product’s vision and strategy, and inspire your team so that they are motivated and aligned behind common goals and a shared product vision
• Vision: You are deeply involved in the OKRs process and you are the main force in translating company strategy into your team’s roadmap

What we're looking for:

• You bring around 3 to 5 years of experience in developing digital products as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• It’s a big plus if you carry experience from fields within our target industries (e.g. Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.) or with relevant climate knowledge that didn't have as much product management exposure in the past
• You've worked in the B2B sector and you understand well how they make decisions and implement digital products
• You have a solid tech understanding that enriches your conversations with your team, an eye for a great user experience, and know when to use data and how to leverage user research and testing
• You have demonstrated the ability to work with a senior leadership team, taking ownership of strategic decisions and leading your team confidently under ambiguity
• You speak Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills (German is a plus)
