You will manage and support our IT systems across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365, secure our IT landscape, handle vendor assessments, and ensure compliance with IT governance.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Administration: Provide IT support, manage hardware/software/network issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and support onboarding.
Security & Compliance: Ensure IT security, assist with vendor assessments, and respond to cybersecurity threats.
Collaboration & Learning: Learn from the Head of DevOps, support automation and cloud migration projects, and assist with audits.
Future DevOps Development: Gain experience with cloud infrastructure, manage containerized applications, build CI/CD pipelines, and develop automation skills.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Essential - Computer Science degree.
Experience: 3+ years in IT support or systems administration (Windows and macOS).
Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Interest: Passion for cybersecurity and IT governance.
Experience: Some DevOps and cloud platform experience (Azure preferred); scripting skills are a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
